Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the performance of all work and all contract matters relating to the daily execution of the MQ-9 CAT/CWD contract.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience: Previous experience as an Instructor Pilot. Five (5) years' experience in unmanned aircraft systems preferred. Minimum five (5) years' experience in project management and in senior level management position. Experience should include responsibility for a specific contractual effort of $15M or more. Supervisory experience of a minimum of 15 direct reports required.

General Skills: Must possess highly developed organizational, planning, and management writing skills, oral communication skills, project management skills, ability to schedule workflow, prioritize, delegate, meet deadlines, and be multi-task oriented.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Security Clearance: Must maintain a "Top Secret" level security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Manage contractor oversight for all AAI, CWD, ISR, and MCA/SRP functions at the assigned location.





  • Serve as the local focal point for government concerns on contractor performance and integration with government operations.





  • Maintain and enforce contractor performance to meet the standards of this PWS.





  • Provide ancillary support as required





  • Prepare training aids, attend safety meetings as required to maintain a level of safety (ground, range, flight, etc.) to operate in the military environment; build statistical data related to training; and setting up and maintaining equipment such as classroom equipment.





  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.




Salary:

Hourly rate for this position is $61.16
