• Continuous Improvement, the Lean Way:Usevalue streammapping,root causeanalysis, andwaste eliminationstrategies to boost efficiency and quality.

• Materials Management:Apply just-in-time and pullsystem concepts to ensure materials are ready exactly when needed.

• Operations & Production:Lead teams on the shop floor, embedding standard work and visual management to maintain world class quality.

• Distribution & Fulfillment:Streamlinelogisticsand fulfillment using Lean flow to shorten lead times and delight customers.

• Supply, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP):Balance demand and capacity while minimizing excess inventory through disciplined,Lean drivenplanning.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.

• Analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement.

• Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to solve problems at their root.

• Willingness torelocatemultiple times during the program and after completion.Potential locations include Milwaukee, WI; Ft. Wayne, IN;Tipp City, OH;Black River Falls, WI; Lincoln or Cassville, MO; McAllen, TX; Indianapolis, IN.
