As an Armed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will complete visible patrols on foot and by vehicle, respond to incidents, and provide customer service through clear communication and professionalism. This role requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification in Texas. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store team members, and/or vendors while carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the sales floor, receiving areas, and perimeter including parking lots and entrances, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate with site leadership and/or local law enforcement as needed.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe for policy violations and/or potential theft indicators, and take appropriate action to help to deter loss and disruption.
• Complete detailed incident reports and patrol logs, preserve observations and evidence when applicable, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
