As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials as required, directing visitors to appropriate destinations, and reporting unauthorized activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disputes, disruptive behavior, and/or medical facility alarms.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for follow-up.
• Document security-related activities in reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership, and support confidentiality expectations when handling sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a guard card
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
