ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a new membership-based business centered around premium live entertainment experiences. This new venture will deliver curated, high-touch access to sports, entertainment, and cultural events across the country.

We are seeking a highly motivated Event Operations Coordinator to join the team at the ground floor of this launch. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the ins and outs of live events, hospitality, and operational execution.

You will work closely with the SVP and VP of Operations, gaining hands-on experience across every aspect of event planning and execution. No task is too small - and no opportunity to learn will be wasted.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is designed for someone who wants real exposure and responsibility from day one. Responsibilities include:

  • Placing and managing catering orders across multiple venues, vendors, and ordering systems

  • Coordinating ticket distribution to members and guests at pre-determined times ahead of events

  • Troubleshooting ticketing and access issues in real time
    Communicating with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders

  • Supporting on-site event execution as needed

  • Assisting with travel logistics, shipping, inventory, and event materials

  • Jumping in wherever needed to ensure flawless guest experiences

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2+ Years of experience

  • Hungry to learn and excited about live events, sports, entertainment, and hospitality

  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable solving problems in real time

  • Willing to roll up your sleeves

  • Strong communicator with a customer-service mindset

  • Available to travel 25-50% of the time

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
