WHO YOU ARE Experience & knowledge: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience. Experience: 3-5 years of progressive selling experience in CPG with major retail accounts. Proven experience in business development and account management within home improvement retail, specifically with Home Depot, driving sales growth, vendor partnerships, and category expansion. Skills: Interpersonal Communication, Customer Focus, Planning Skills, Analytical Reasoning, Business Acumen. Language skills: English as a daily working language.
