We are looking for a versatile, collaborative, and curious creative leader to join a growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategically driven creative concepts that ignite consumer engagement and acquisition. With your proven talent, skills, and big-picture thinking, you will bring the brand to life in a unique, memorable, and persuasive way, shaping its visual identity and connecting with customers on a deeper level.

What You'll Do:

Content & Brand Expression:



  • Develop breakthrough content and designs consistent with brand strategy and guidelines to drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of designers and writers to maintain a cohesive brand expression across diverse channels, including in-store experiences, email campaigns, digital platforms, and social media.
  • Execute specific creative requests rapidly, responding to creative briefings to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business environment.


Creative Project Management:



  • Partner with creative, brand, project management, production, and studio teams to effectively achieve project objectives, manage budgets, adhere to schedules, and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor all creative materials meticulously through every stage of pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a broad scope of work with precision and efficiency.


Design Expertise & Innovation:



  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in print design, including expert-level typography, color theory, and imagery, coupled with a strong understanding of production processes and color reproduction.
  • Translate business needs and marketing requirements into compelling design solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive transactions.
  • Possess the ability to think "beyond the brief," producing designs that are not only functional but also memorable and impactful.
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills, articulate design decisions effectively to brand teams, and respond positively to constructive feedback.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably gained in an in-house or agency environment.
  • BFA in Graphic Design or an equivalent degree, or substantial professional work experience demonstrating comparable skills.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Demonstrated excellence in typography.
  • A strong commitment to accuracy and organization in all design work.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Animation skills are a significant plus.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51/hr - $56/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
