Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 100% FTE salaried position. The scheduled shifts are primarily Monday-Friday day shifts with some off shifts and weekends dependent on department needs. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This supervisory position will provide support for the following four clinics: UW Health Junction Road Medical Center, 1 S. Park St Clinic, Eastpark Medical Center and an integrated UW Health Clinic located at 450 S. Yellowstone Dr. (July 2026).

An exciting opportunity to join our Vascular Surgery Specialties team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor!!

  • Partner with the Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations and coordinate high-quality patient care across the Vascular Surgery, Vein, and Podiatry Clinics.
  • Support and supervise a dynamic clinical team across UW Health Junction Road Medical Center, 1 S. Park St. Clinic, Eastpark Medical Center, and a integrated UW Health clinic opening on Yellowstone Dr. in July 2026.
  • Inspire staff development through continuing education, mentorship, and the integration of evidence-based practice.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered and cost-effective care.
  • Bring your vascular surgery expertise and leadership skills; two years of leadership experience, wound certification, and specialty experience in vascular, podiatry, or vein care preferred.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of RN experience Required
  • 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • RN licensed in the state where employed Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
