What You'll Do: As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will maintain and repair all mobile equipment, including engines, chassis, and product storage and blending equipment to assure reliable, safe, and cost-effective use of company vehicles and equipment. Other duties will include: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and fleet vehicles Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems Manage parts inventory and order what you need to get the job done Keep accurate maintenance records Support and guide junior mechanics when needed Follow DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and safety standards Jump in to support field operations when needed (equipment operation, site support) What We're Looking For: 2+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic experience Experience with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems Welding or fabrication skills are a plus Ability to work independently and on a team Strong safety mindset Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
