Job Brief

Keep critical equipment running at remote mining and customer sites. Your work directly impacts safety and production-this is a hands-on role where your skills truly matter.

Starting pay is $25 - $30+ an hour DOE

Schedule is Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will maintain and repair all mobile equipment, including engines, chassis, and product storage and blending equipment to assure reliable, safe, and cost-effective use of company vehicles and equipment. Other duties will include:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and fleet vehicles
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Manage parts inventory and order what you need to get the job done
  • Keep accurate maintenance records
  • Support and guide junior mechanics when needed
  • Follow DOT, OSHA, MSHA, and safety standards
  • Jump in to support field operations when needed (equipment operation, site support)

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic experience
  • Experience with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Welding or fabrication skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.
