Job Summary

The Logistics Supervisor provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure the cost effective integration of materials, resources, transportation and inventory management services in support of the Customer Operations and Power Generation Business Units. The supervisor leverages both internal and external resources (personnel, materials, equipment, technology, suppliers and facilities) to meet customer requirements. Responsible for Supply Chain Environmental management program to comply with all regulatory responsibilities for the proper handling and disposal of all waste streams. Also responsible for managing continuous improvement projects and projects where the Supply Chain interfaces with the Business Units.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leading and influencing the performance of employees at multiple locations
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees
  • Ensure employees meet all established standards for safety, data accuracy, work quality, environmental compliance and productivity
  • Plan, schedule, and manage logistics work assignments including, but not limited to receiving, shipping, picking, put away, handling damages and returns, physical inventories, disbursements, job site delivery and job site cleanup, and special projects
  • Emergency / Storm Restoration / Outages
    • Coordinate resource allocations as required
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, customers, corporate departments, suppliers, consultants/contractors and governmental agencies (OSHA, DOT, DNR, EPA, etc.)
  • Plan, prioritize and manage the facilities, equipment, payroll, operating, and capital budgets to ensure the meeting of departmental and business unit objectives
  • Actively participate on Supply Chain Alliance teams, special project teams and committees as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain experience that includes leadership responsibility is required
  • Five years of management experience in the area of Supply Chain is required
  • Driver's License Required

End Date: 03/27/2026

Pay Range Minimum: $90,507.56

Pay Range Maximum: $135,761.08

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
