The Role We are looking for a Software Solutions Administrator to own the delivery and ongoing support of our SaaS and Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, coordinating across internal teams to ensure software services are deployed on time, configured correctly, and performing to committed service levels.
