What We Do Dynamic Ratings is an ISO-certified company dedicated to providing monitoring, control, and communication solutions for our customers in the utility industry. We provide condition-based monitoring products and services to reduce outages, increase safety, and gain visibility of electrical equipment throughout the power grid, serving industries and communities worldwide. The Role We are looking for a Software Solutions Administrator to own the delivery and ongoing support of our SaaS and Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, coordinating across internal teams to ensure software services are deployed on time, configured correctly, and performing to committed service levels. What You'll Do Project Management Serve as the technical contact for customers during the initial software delivery. Create the project plan, schedule and prioritize Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) activities. Coordinate project delivery with internal teams, including service project managers and technical staff. Ensure software and SaaS solutions are deployed according to project scope, timelines, and customer requirements. Maintain and update system configurations as needed; travel to site to resolve IT issues when required Solution Support & Application Design. Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to system configuration or solution implementation. Support sales with technical input on proposed solutions and identify opportunities for additional services. Provide guidance to Application Engineering to ensure designs meet customer requirements. Assist with device firmware upgrades and configuration changes to keep projects on track Training & Contract Oversight Deliver MaaS and SaaS training for customers and internal team members; contribute to knowledgebase resources. Monitor customer contracts to ensure timely renewals, accurate invoicing, and collections follow-up as needed. Security & Compliance Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and customer-specific security requirements. Stay current on security standards and evolving compliance regulations. Travel Occasional travel required to support sales engagements and customer installations - approximately 4-6 trips per year. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proven project management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong customer relationships. Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other security and compliance frameworks and experience in SaaS and cloud-based environments preferred.
