The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $45,300-$58,900 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Operations Coordinator is an essential member of our domestic manufacturing team, responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for employees, internal partners, and external stakeholders. This role helps maintain smooth production workflows and contributes to a strong, collaborative workplace culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engagement Activities
    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale.
  • Promoting Employee Experience
    • In partnership with HRBP and Operations, assist in providing optimal employee experience
  • Collective Bargaining Agreement Administration
    • Own and maintain assigned processes governed by the collective bargaining agreement
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and maintain clear, accurate standard operating procedures to support reliable and repeatable workflows.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce variability in daytoday operations.
  • Training System Management
    • Manage and maintain the training system to ensure team members have access to relevant learning resources.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years of experience in a related area or role
  • High level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Visio
