The Staffing Office plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of nursing and support staff across all departments.

Staffing Specialist

Part-time, Days

Job Requisition:

• A staffing specialist, identifying staffing needs, coordinating with department managers.
• This role requiresexcellent communication, organizational.
• The staffing specialist ensures that the hospital is adequately staffedwith qualified personnel to maintain efficient and effective patient care.
• Review staffing morning and evening and make any changes (pulling, on call, downstaff, etc)necessary to cover the inpatient units.
• Take call ins from all medical/surgical, telemetry, and ICU inpatient units as well as other units asneeded (emergency department, screeners, other ancillary areas).

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• Medical Office experience preferred
