Job Description

Job Title: Regulatory Control Analyst
Locations: Kansas City, MO or Braintree, MA (Hybrid - 6 days per month in office; other office locations considered)

About the Role

The Regulatory Control Analyst plays a key role in the production and management of tax data sets used to generate client tax forms and IRS filings. This position partners with internal teams, leverages SS&C systems, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting accurate and timely tax reporting.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Produce tax data sets used for client tax forms and IRS filings
  • Gather and configure client requirements within SS&C systems
  • Execute system jobs in both mock and production environments
  • File tax data accurately and timely with the IRS
  • Research tax reporting topics and resolve escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Follow internal processes and best practices for tax reporting and administration

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of tax reporting processes and regulatory requirements
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to follow structured processes and compliance standards

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $61,000 USD to $70,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $61,000 USD to $70,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
