Job Title: Northern Regional Coaching Director Overview: The Northern Regional Coaching Director is a key partner and administrator of the Corporate Management Team and is accountable for focusing on the nursing leadership team members growth and development within assigned facilities, with the overall goal to develop leadership competence and retain valued nurse leaders. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader with a track record for successfully mentoring others, and who can confidently influence, communicate, and connect with people of diverse cultures, backgrounds and levels. The Regional Coaching Director will work in collaboration with each assigned facility s Senior Management Team to achieve key metrics by fostering leadership development and growth, through teaching and role modeling a prescribed coaching framework and methodology. This role will ensure initiatives and behaviors outlined in the System-wide Patient Satisfaction Prescriptive Plan and the Safety Together (High Reliability Organization) toolkit are executed, validated and maintained consistently by nursing leaders throughout the assigned facilities. As a partner in the organizational goal to support staff in their development and personal growth, the Regional Coaching Director will have the opportunity to work with individual leaders and teams, from Chief Nursing Officers through front-line patient care staff members. The Regional Coaching Director will offer guidance and consultation related to self-awareness, enhancement of individual communication skills and confidence, and teamwork, thereby positively contributing to employee engagement, patient experience, productivity, promotability/succession planning and overall enhanced team performance.
