Marketing Consultant

PROJECT DETAILS

This contractor will support the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events. This role focuses on operational delivery, partner coordination, and asset fulfillment to ensure high-quality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio.
* Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for sponsorship-related events and hospitality programs, including required travel.
* Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines to support efficient use of resources.
* Serve as a point of contact for Line of Business partners, Sponsorship Managers, and external sponsorship entities on assigned programs.
* Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution.
* Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS.
* Coordinate with the Ticket Management team

TOP SKILLS
- Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations.
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools) preferred.
- Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
