Equipment Operator/Mechanic A

We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work onsite at our union location in West Mifflin, PA.

Schedule: Immediate openings: 2nd & 3rd shift / Accepting resumes: 1st shift

Pay Range: $33.66 - $45.10 per hour based on experience

Shift Differential: Up to $1.50 per hour

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Responsibilities:

• You will be servicing off road heavy diesel equipment such as front end loaders, dozers, cable and hydraulic cranes and off-highway trucks.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years' experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Candidates must possess excellent trouble shooting in the area of hydraulics and electrical repair as it applies to heavy off road equipment.
• Candidates must be well versed in the repair and maintenance of diesel and gasoline powered equipment.
• Knowledge of screening/sizing separator plant maintenance would also be a plus as well as welding cutting and light fabrication.
• Strength in technical problem solving based on expertise and experience, and a strong commitment to efficiently achieve high quality results is required.
• A thoughtful, persevering, self-disciplined approach to achieving accurate, detailed work is essential.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen
