Description We are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager Contract to support this journey with focus on data and vendor engagement specifically for the Robotic use case. What you'll be doing: Empower development team help define development process Drive execution for sourcing curating and maintaining highquality data used to train and evaluate Robotics/LLM programs Identify evaluate and onboard external data/annotation vendors aligned with LLM use cases quality needs and compliance constraints. Negotiate contracts pricing SLAs and KPIs with vendors track performance and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Partner with Legal Privacy and Security to ensure data contracts access and usage comply with regulatory and internal policies. Dashboards and reporting to monitor data quality vendor throughput turnaround time and budget utilization. Create and maintain documentation playbooks and processes for repeatable scalable LLM data and vendor operations. What we need to see: 5 years of experience in data operations vendor management or technical program management-preferably supporting AI/ML or LLM initiatives or equivalent experience. Exceptional skills in prioritizing and building alignment. Consistent track record of leading and successfully delivering medium to large organizational-wide programs and projects. Ability to evaluate negotiate and onboard vendors for data collection labeling and curation. Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools. Excellent analytical communication and contract management skills. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience driving operational efficiency and cost optimization within data supply chains. Ability to multi-task and manage complex programs Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with agile methodology Ways to stand out from the crowd: Demonstrates robotics domain understanding and can translate requirements to vendors Strong understanding of data governance data quality and compliance frameworks. Proven experience managing external data vendors setting KPIs SLAs and performance metrics. Working knowledge of LLM training data pipelines annotation workflows and synthetic data generation. Degree in Engineering Robotics or a related technical field preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95.00 - $118.71/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
