SALARY RANGE $22.08 - $29.18WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Circuit Court Services is recruiting two (2) detail-oriented professionals to serve as Administrative Specialists in the Family Division and Civil Division. The individuals hired will be responsible for direct customer service, data entry, case creation, processing and reviewing electronically filed documents for completeness, drafting of correspondence, scanning, cash handling, billing and receipting, scheduling matters for Court, and a variety of other administrative duties in a very busy and fast paced environment. Anticipated starting pay will be between $22.08 - $23.00 per hour. Candidates will be responsible for delivering a high level of front-line, face-to-face customer service, case initiation, processing a large volume of electronic and paper filings, answering a wide variety of telephone calls and processing various financial transactions.
