Are you a strategic operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? Do you enjoy building high-performing teams, optimizing operational performance, and partnering with executive leadership to drive business results? If so, MultiPro Property Solutions wants you on our team.

Reporting to the President, MultiPro, the Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee MultiPro activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations, cost effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization, and delivering on the value proposition to our clients. Their duties include consulting with senior leadership to determine business goals or initiatives, visiting with Regional Directors to relay information about company needs, and reviewing operational data to make inferences about the organization's success.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

Salary Range: $190,000 - $240,000

Bonus Target: Total annual variable compensation at target is intended to approximate 25% of base salary

Work Environment:Remote with travel up to 25%

What You'll Do:

Drive Operational Strategy

  • Influence, implement and communicate the strategic direction of the MultiPro organization
  • Partner with the President in defining change management initiatives and act as the change leader who is responsible for the successful adoption of key initiatives
  • Maintain an understanding of the market, competitive properties within the region, and all other pertinent market forces
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems

Build a Culture of Operational Excellence

  • Create a culture of operational excellence, both within the market teams and throughout the company, bringing rigor, focus, hustle, and a continuous iterative improvement mindset to every aspect of Valet Living's MultiPro service offering
  • Develop clear performance metrics and create systems to continuously track and improve against them.
  • Foster a culture of safety, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Develop short-and long-term regional plans that drive maximum sales revenue and align with organizational goals
  • Hire and develop service-minded, exceptional associates, unleashing their potential to succeed
  • Manage budget and resource planning to ensure the company is prepared to meet new operational challenges and capable of rapidly responding to new opportunities

Drive Financial Performance

  • Collaborate with marketing to determine proper sales and retention channels
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience. Ensure long-term client retention & satisfaction through the delivery of a consistently positive client experience and partnership at all levels of interaction
  • Support the company's diligence process through identifying risks and opportunities and driving successful integration of acquisitions

Optimize Systems and Processes

  • Establish, communicate, and implement organizational-related policies, practices, standards, and safety measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor performance, service agreements, and negotiations
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve operational effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site operations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Industry & Operational Expertise: Experience leading large operational organizations, preferably within service-based and contractor-driven environments.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting, and operational planning.
  • Sales & Customer Experience Leadership: Experience leading sales teams and overseeing customer experience initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to take business initiatives from concept to implementation while aligning teams and resources.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Creative, analytical thinker who can identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive change.
  • Project & Change Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred
  • Private Equity Experience: Experience working within a private equity-backed company preferred.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
