Requisition SummaryThis role supervises and oversees the shop service personnel to attain high levels of quality, morale, safety, and efficiency within the Branch's maintenance team. This role supervises the technician team to achieve maximum efficiency when conducting maintenance and repairs to customer vehicles and shop equipment, for a designated shift. Additionally, this role will include invoicing, reviewing repair orders, may perform technician work as needed and fulfill Service Manager duties in their absence. This role reports to the Service Manager. Job Functions / Responsibilities

The chosen candidate must be able to work in areas that are hot or cold, surfaces may be slippery, climb ladders/stairs.The employee frequently is required to walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus. When working in the shop, the work environment has moderate noise levels. Ability to work any shift and weekends, depending on the demands of the business.
