Description Calling All Esteemed Leaders! This role offers the opportunity to provide senior financial leadership that supports the financial strength and sustainability of Pharmacy - Clinical Shared Services within a complex healthcare environment. The Role The CFO, Pharmacy - Clinical Shared Services, is the senior finance leader responsible for enterprise pharmacy financial performance across inpatient and outpatient pharmacy, infusion services, 340B programs, and retail and specialty pharmacy operations. This executive leads the development of short and longterm financial strategies, identifies growth and optimization opportunities, and ensures disciplined financial execution across a multibilliondollar portfolio. The role serves as the single accountable executive for enterprise pharmacy financial performance, including direct P&L responsibility for Credena Health, LLC, alongside oversight of additional pharmacy service lines and programs. The portfolio encompasses complex revenue, inventory, rebate, 340B, and payer dynamics that require strong financial ownership and close operational partnership.
This position may be based in Portland, OR; Renton, WA; or Irvine, CA. About Credena Health Credena Health is one component of Providence's broader pharmacy platform. Established in 2015, Credena delivers specialty medications and care nationwide and expanded in 2019 to include community pharmacy services. Credena operates within Providence, a notforprofit health system with a nearly 170year legacy, spanning hospitals, clinics, home health services, pharmacies, and health plans. Across the enterprise, pharmacy services are focused on improving access, affordability, and outcomes for patients. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
