Role Description

We are seeking a Director / Senior Director of Partner Enablement to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the technical enablement program for the global Missionforce System Integrator (SI) partner ecosystem supporting public sector markets.

This leader will be responsible for scaling partner technical capabilities, implementation readiness, and delivery excellence across strategic partners supporting Missionforce. The role will define the enablement vision, build scalable programs, and ensure partners are prepared to implement Missionforce solutions successfully in highly regulated government environments.

As part of the Product Marketing and Ecosystem Enablement leadership team, this role will work cross functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Global Partner Organization, Customer Success, and Field leadership to ensure partners are fully equipped to support Missionforce growth.

This role requires strong executive presence, public sector domain expertise, and experience building technical partner ecosystems in enterprise cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement Strategy and Leadership

  • Define and lead the global Missionforce partner enablement strategy to scale implementation capacity across the SI ecosystem

  • Build a multi year enablement roadmap aligned with product strategy and Missionforce growth goals

  • Lead the development of scalable partner programs that drive implementation readiness, certifications, and delivery quality

Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Expand the technical depth and capabilities of global SI and strategic partners supporting Missionforce

  • Build structured enablement programs including technical training, architecture guidance, hands on labs, and implementation playbooks

  • Develop partner tiering and specialization frameworks aligned to Missionforce solution areas

Product Launch and Readiness

  • Partner closely with Product Management to ensure partner readiness for new product launches (NPI) and critical product updates (CPU)

  • Translate product roadmap into scalable partner enablement initiatives

  • Ensure partners are prepared to deliver solutions across secure and regulated environments

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CSG, and Global Partner teams to align enablement programs with go to market priorities

  • Drive alignment between Salesforce internal teams and SI partners to accelerate adoption and delivery success

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on ecosystem readiness and partner strategy

Executive Engagement and Ecosystem Governance

  • Lead Missionforce Partner Advisory Board (PAB) engagements and strategic partner forums

  • Engage executive leadership across strategic partners to drive alignment on roadmap, delivery capabilities, and market expansion

  • Provide executive reporting on partner readiness, ecosystem maturity, and program effectiveness

Operational Excellence

  • Build metrics and dashboards to track partner enablement adoption, implementation readiness, and customer outcomes

  • Develop scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, certification, and solution readiness

  • Localize enablement programs to meet regional regulatory requirements and public sector needs

Minimum Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) residing in the United States without dual citizenship

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or partner ecosystem leadership

  • Experience building or scaling technical partner ecosystems or SI delivery programs

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments

  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce platform, Public Sector Solutions, or Industry Clouds

  • Experience leading global partner enablement or partner strategy programs

  • Deep understanding of PaaS, SaaS, and enterprise cloud architectures

  • Experience working in regulated government or sovereign cloud environments

  • Salesforce certifications

The typical base salary range for this position is $191,100 - $320,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $228,600 - $348,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
