Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in North Canton, OH. This is a 6-month contract opportunity and will work on a hybrid schedule. Pay: $35.00-45.00 per hour, W2 This role involves partnering with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, including challenging engineering positions. The ideal candidate will also manage recruiting-related programs and systems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to find the best talent, based on the business needs and goals Manage the entire recruiting cycle from candidate generation through sourcing, interviewing, employment decision, pre-employment screening, and onboarding Develop and manage recruiting related programs/tasks (e.g. social recruiting, applicant tracking system, interviewing skills, recruiting materials, etc.) Requirements: Experienced recruiter with a background in filling challenging roles, ideally engineering Experience and comfort using an ATS SuccessFactors experience is a plus Able to take on additional work outside of traditional recruiting (reporting, troubleshooting in SuccessFactors, vetting search firms, occasional attendance at college career fairs, managing requisition files, keeping them organized, tracking down missing information, sending to the vendor for storage) Ability to handle a very fast-paced and demanding work environment, a heavy req load along with other unexpected requests for training/data/general support Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
