Here's what you'd do:
  • Records
    • Prep boxes
    • Receive/Send out boxes
    • Quality Assurance
    • Index box content
    • Migrate microfiche files
    • Data entry: Update Legal Records Tracker and Iron Mountain Connect
    • Maybe migrate NEST files
    • Maybe migrate Copyright files (Accuroute).
  • Invoices
  • Update process documentation
    • Manually post one-off invoices (I need to discuss this with Terri.)
    • Track invoice and vendor communications with Caroline
  • Research
    • Post Law Firm Memos
    • Document Retrieval
Here's what you'll get:
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Length: Temp (6 Months)
  • Pay rate: $41.27/Hour

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support
  • Minimum of 4 years of working with document tracking systems or databases
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Must be organized and comfortable with databases and do not need this specific experience; the team utilizes: NetDocs, FileTrail and Accutrac.
  • Will be moving documents along with scanning and indexing, but may also do a bit of retrievals as well.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
