We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Experience Center (EEC) Project Manager to join our team at Nokia Dallas within the GMC Physical Channels organization. The EEC Project Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation and management of the EEC labs and showroom equipment, including various supporting conference rooms and studios. This role is integral to the success of our customer visits and projects and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual.


  • Manage equipment and vendor purchasing, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary resources.
  • Maintain and update computer gear, keeping the EEC operational with approximately 20 units.
  • Provide A/V support for conference rooms and demo/show rooms, enhancing the user experience.
  • Interface with the local warehouse for efficient equipment storage and logistics management.
  • Install and integrate lab gear, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility.
  • Oversee asset management and tracking, maintaining an accurate inventory of EEC assets.
  • Coordinate with electricians, cabling experts, and utility providers for any required services.
  • Support studio AV Production and collaborate with AV vendors for seamless operations.
  • Assist with part-time EEC receptionists and project assistants as needed.
  • Ensure the EEC environment is well-maintained and ready for customer demonstrations and projects.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Project Management).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a lab or project management setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in asset management and tracking systems, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in A/V support and basic knowledge of studio production is preferred.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes, including direct purchases and POs.

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to take on diverse tasks as needed.

P.S: On-site role in Dallas, TX. No relocation offered.
