We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our GMC Physical Channels department as an Event Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in the success of our events by managing logistics and providing studio support. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining event laptops, coordinating shipping and receiving through our Lewisville, TX warehouse, and learning internal studio equipment to handle basic recording and streaming tasks.


  • Maintain event laptops and ensure their proper functioning for all North American events.
  • Manage logistics for event materials, including furniture, displays, and components, through the Lewisville, TX warehouse.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide studio support by learning and operating internal studio equipment for basic recordings and streaming.
  • Collaborate with the studio contractor for more complex studio needs, ensuring a cost-effective approach.
  • Keep accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Liaise with event organizers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in event logistics and studio equipment.

You Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in event management, logistics, studio production or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event logistics, studio production or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of studio equipment and recording processes is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for event support.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as per event schedules.

Note: On-site role in Dallas, TX. No relocation offered.
