As a Network Engineer, you'll be a key player in our Executive Experience Center (EEC), where you'll bring Nokia's offerings to life for our customers. Your work will span across Network Infrastructure (NI) and Mobile Infrastructure (MI-MN), with a focus on mobile networks, fixed networks and IP/optics technologies. This role is perfect for someone who loves staying on top of the latest network innovations and has a passion for presenting complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.


  • Design and develop demonstrations for the EEC, showcasing Nokia's network solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer account teams to create live network demos.
  • Configure and maintain the EEC network, including Nokia's portfolio offerings.
  • Present Nokia's value propositions to customers, both in-person and remotely.
  • Ensure efficient setup of demo showcases, adapting to customer needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest Nokia solutions and their technical aspects.
  • Work with business units to align demos with Nokia's business goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of mobile networks, IP, and fixed network technologies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the marketing and sales teams.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile networks, IP, fixed and optics technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with network design and development, including demo creation.
  • Familiarity with Nokia's network solutions and portfolio offerings is an asset.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and Nokia's latest innovations.
  • Team player with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
