We are seeking a future-focused Senior Project Manager to support game developmentofSolitaire, our most important title,and lead our AI-driven automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving how we develop and release games,andexcited to leverage AI and the latest Microsoft tools to prepare our organization for the evolving landscape of game and product development.

You'll be responsible for backlog management, documentation systems, and developing processes that empower our teams-including agents and distributed contributors-to deliver world-class games and products. You'll balance detail-oriented rigor, creative innovation, and a strategic view of business goals, ensuring every process serves our mission to launch great products efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement and automation projectsusing Microsoft's tool stack (Azure DevOps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, etc.).

  • Support developmentfor some of our most popular games, including backup producer duties for Solitaire, ensuring priorities align with business goalsand developmentmovesforward efficiently.

  • Design andoptimizedocumentation workflowsto support distributed teams and agent-based development (automation agents, distributed contributors).

  • Champion future-focused development practices,preparing teams toleverageemerging technologies and methodologies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith production, engineering, design, QA, and analytics to drive process adoption and efficiency.

  • Evangelize process excellence,fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

  • Support product launches,ensuring processesfacilitatesmoothreleasesand rapid iteration.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.
  • 2+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, shipping consumer products.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

  • Project management tools, preferably the Microsoft tool stack (Azure DevOps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel).

  • Documentation and workflow design skills, especially for remote and distributed teams.

  • Ability to balancedetailorientation with strategic thinking and big-picture goals.

  • Passion forleveragingAI and automation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Communication and change management skills.

  • Experience working fully remote and collaborating across time zones.

  • Experience with game development pipelines.

  • Experience with agent-based workflows (automation agents, distributed contributors).

  • Engineering experience or training.

Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
