Description Oversee the MyWall installation process across FGP sites, ensuring each site is technically and clinically ready. Travel frequently to various locations (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island) to conduct physical installations and on-site assessments. Collaborate closely with construction teams and clinical project managers to determine optimal timing for installations. Evaluate each site's suitability for MyWall integration, assessing both technical (hardware/software) and clinical needs. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT, ensuring seamless communication and buy-in from end users. Experience with desktop related work, doing deployments of hardware and software, etc. Guide and lead teams on both hardware and software aspects-ensuring devices, network connections, and workflows align with clinical needs. Coordinate with desktop support teams and facilities teams as needed to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows. Lead and mentor smaller project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring best practices in both tech and healthcare settings. Prior healthcare experience preferred, with comfort working alongside clinical staff. Familiarity with healthcare technologies, such as WOW carts or other clinical tools. Experience leading projects that involve both hardware (devices, kiosks) and software solutions. Ability to assess site readiness for MyWall installations and adapt plans accordingly. Strong project leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical teams and clinical staff.
