Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Engineering Manager to support the First Responder Solutions program. This role serves as a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving delivery, quality, and operational performance across multiple engineering teams, including Viewpoint, Geo, and Mobility. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end execution from feature development through production, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with mission critical requirements supporting first responders. This position requires a balance of technical leadership, project management discipline, and operational oversight to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high engineering standards. Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
