Description Contract to Hire, fully on-site, no hybrid or remote capabilities Training Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm - Monday Through Friday - first 1 to 2 weeks Hours: usually start time between 7:30am and 9am. Will work a total of 8 hours a day. Need to have a consistent Schedule after the training period even though there is some flexibility Loss Draft Check Processing Clerks are responsible for duties for the Loss Draft Department including some data entry, client e-mail and voicemail inbox maintenance. Mailing out checks daily for UPS/Priority. This position is only at the Troy location in the office. Essential Duties and Functions: Mail checks by UPS/Priority daily Create and pull UPS labels for mailing Update Module Daily reporting - Check Mailing Log Perform other clerical duties when supervisor requests Skills* verify, scan, document, mail, insurance, data, entry, verification, mortgage, anydoc, OCR Top Skills Details verify, scan, document, mail, insurance, data, entry, verification, mortgage, anydoc, OCR Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE: - scanning/mail room/data entry or any type of clerical experience (1 to 3 years, will consider entry level also) - strong computer skills, specifically excel. They are doing a lot of data entry and tracking of work on Excel - comfortable with repetitive work and looking at the same documents every day - professional written and verbal communication skills - ability to work in a fast paced environment NICE TO HAVE: - insurance or mortgage experience - experience handling physical checks DQ's: - unable to work in the office daily Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.
