Description The Project Manager, Marketing & Communications supports the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and communications projects across design, copy, and video teams. This role serves as the primary project management partner for assigned service line and enterprise accounts, ensuring work is clearly scoped, efficiently routed, and delivered on time and within established processes. This position provides day-to-day project support for Internal Medicine, The College of Medicine, Advancement, and National Reputation initiatives, with a strong focus on email campaigns, YouTube conversions, proofreading requests, corporate production requests, Uniprint online store, and minor revisions. The Project Manager plays a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teammates, maintaining project momentum, and providing clear communication and follow-through across a high volume of requests.
