Description Need to be reliable, willing to work with others. This is hard work but great opportunity to grow in the data center industry. ( This is not a desk position 70 field / 30 "desk" - needs to be a local) This person is going to be heavy in admin work as a PM and need to make sure that they running this site. Need to make sure this person know that this role is 100% on site and not remote. They need to have some great leadership skills and will normally work 5am-4pm. If they are traveling down to the South Hill site they will get paid Per Diem if it will be for multiple days but since it is close to Richmond it should only be a day trip. Since South Hill is 1.5 hours south of Richmond, they will get paid 2 hours of pay for the round trip. Need to get a high level Superintendent or low level PM. PM / Superintendent (Telecom/DAS) Pay Rate $32 to $37 1) Foreman Level (Journeyman Level Licensing) 2) 5-7 Years experience 3) Manage a crew of 11-25 people 4) Can conduct toolbox talk and productive whiteboard meeting 5) Maintain Crews timesheets 6) Knowledge of multiple disciplines (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Security, Electrical) 7) Preparing daily reports, logs, and schedule updates 8) Entry level leadership training and communication training 9) Maintaining BIR owned equipment (company first mentality) Pay Rate $38 to $43 1) 8-10 years experience 2) Proven to manage 15+ 3) Meeting participation and can speak on BIR behalf in meetings 4) Experience in exposure to multiple projects, coordination with other trades 5) SME in a discipline with licensing or accredited certifications (be able to provide guidance) 6) Mid-to-high knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, MS projects or other scheduling tools 7) Maintain daily productivity and work sequencing 8) Resolve conflicts with the customer and trade partners 9) Maintain professionalism in tense/High Pressure environments 10) Knowledge of codes, inspections, site required specs and construction sequencing 11) Understand constructions processes- RFI's, RFQ's, Man loaders, 12) Proficient in software Skills Cable, Cat5, Cabling, Cable installation, Punchdown Top Skills Details Cable,Cat5,Cabling,Cable installation,Punchdown Additional Skills & Qualifications Works well with the techs, PMs and Leadership team Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.
