Senior Associate, Marketing - JLL What this job involves:

JLL's Senior Associate, Marketing position delivers strategic marketing services that drive competitive positioning across our Central Region commercial real estate business. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working alongside regional and national leadership to plan and implement high-performing marketing programs that support revenue goals. You will translate approved strategies into compelling B2B storytelling across earned, owned, and paid media while maintaining brand consistency and fostering client-centric content. This position offers the opportunity to shape JLL's market presence through creative campaigns, data-driven insights, and collaborative partnerships across Research, Sales Enablement, Technology, Brand, Campaign, Digital, and Creative teams.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Partner with business line leaders to execute marketing solutions that align with regional and national priorities while differentiating JLL locally across each business segment
  • Create, edit, and produce creative assets including social media content, email campaigns, case studies, client stories, brochures, white papers, videos, and SMS campaigns across digital and print formats
  • Translate complex research reports and data insights into clear, engaging content optimized for social media, email, presentations, and various marketing channels
  • Execute earned, owned, and paid media initiatives that support B2B marketing objectives while maintaining brand standards and market-specific priorities
  • Support regional client engagement events through marketing execution, content development, and on-site coordination in partnership with local leadership and national events teams
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives using Workfront workflow management system, maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with brand, campaign, digital, and creative centers of excellence to innovate marketing programs by researching and applying AI, emerging trends, and B2B best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with emphasis on B2B or professional services environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva with ability to work independently in these design tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated copywriting expertise for email, social media, and marketing collateral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong creative capabilities with proven eye for design and brand consistency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Commercial real estate industry experience
  • Experience creating and editing content across multiple channels including social media, email, digital, video, SMS, and print
  • Track record of executing sophisticated B2B marketing programs within defined strategic direction
  • Experience supporting sales teams in high-output environments with demanding workloads
  • Comfort supporting earned, owned, and paid media execution with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems such as Workfront
  • Ability to identify issues quickly and take appropriate action or escalate to leadership
