Summary:

In this role, you will support client organizations in identifying and executing cost savings opportunities across clinical supply categories. You will leverage analytics tools and category expertise to drive data-informed decisions, standardization, and contracting strategies. You will collaborate with supply chain leaders and executives to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Apply category knowledge to identify and execute cost savings opportunities using analytics tools to support insights and decision-making.

• Analyze utilization, variation, and purchasing patterns to build prioritized savings pipelines aligned with clinical and financial goals.

• Facilitate client meetings, present recommendations to senior leadership, and build strong relationships through ongoing engagement.

• Interpret and organize data to drive change while guiding less experienced team members on data storytelling.

• Support sourcing strategies and contracting decisions by leveraging analytics platforms and communicating value to clients.

• Provide training and technology support to clients and internal stakeholders while collaborating across teams to maximize value.

• Conduct contract maintenance activities, including product, pricing, and client updates.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Experience in supply chain, clinical category management, value analysis, or healthcare setting required.

• Master's degree preferred.

• Understanding of project management methodologies preferred.

• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to quantify challenges and recommend solutions preferred.

• Ability to present complex information clearly using Microsoft Office tools.

• Willingness to travel.
