The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick (
EMNB) is comprised of eight student-facing and administrative units: Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the One Stop Student Services Center, as well as business, information technology, and strategy and analytics administrative teams. The division employs over 100 full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill its mission.

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II for Undergraduate Admissions - NB. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Outreach, The Program Coordinator II has responsibility for a range of duties typically associated with recruiting the entering class at various stages of the recruitment cycle through enrollment
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Manages a recruitment market by conducting outreach to prospective students and school counselors.
- Coordinates recruitment and outreach events.
- Provides administrative support for departmental initiatives.

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- A valid driver's license would be required for this position.

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
