The People and Culture Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive organizational culture. Working closely with the People and Culture leadership team to ensure that these programs align with the company's values and strategic goals.
Specifically, the Workforce Planning & Development Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project management support to help the Workforce Planning & Development (WP&D) team develop and cultivate talent pipelines that align with Cone Health's organizational goals. This role also provides a variety of logistical and organizational duties and supports event planning and recruitment initiatives. The WP&D Coordinator role requires frequent participation in off-site events within the Cone Health five-county service network and the ability to flex work schedule to accommodate these business needs, often outside of standard business hours.
