Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (Multiple Positions), Databricks, Inc., Mountain View, CA. Lead and manage compliance programs within the company’s engineering organization to ensure products and processes meet applicable regulatory and industry standards. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks in coordination with legal, security, and engineering teams. Identify and resolve potential regulatory challenges by designing technical and operational solutions. Integrate compliance requirements early in the product development process in collaboration with product and engineering leadership. Maintain documentation, workflows, and procedures to support ongoing compliance efforts. Monitor and adjust compliance strategies based on evolving industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Manage interdepartmental projects with multiple dependencies and constraints to improve efficiency and accountability. Create and implement processes and best practices to promote operational effectiveness across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in large-scale software and cloud-native infrastructure environments to support compliance and product goals. Leverage knowledge of product development processes and product lifecycle management to align technical and compliance priorities. Utilize SQL and Jira for data management, analytics, and project tracking. Apply knowledge of privacy, security, finance, and AI regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, SOX, and security compliance standards, to support compliance initiatives. Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $260,000 - $333,700.00/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or a related quantitative field, plus 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Alternatively, will accept Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or a related quantitative field. plus 36 months of experience in Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
