As a Security Officer - Financial Headquarters in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related concerns, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, common areas, and/or loading zones, assisting with access control activities, visitor directions, and general property-related support as directed by site procedures.
• Complete routine reports, incident notes, and/or daily activity logs, and communicate clearly with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
