At a busy retail location, our Front Desk Professionals serve as a welcoming presence while helping to monitor access, observe activity, and support security-related procedures. This role focuses on customer service, communication, and professionalism as you assist visitors, respond to questions and/or concerns, and contribute to a people-first environment built on teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation through Allied Universal.

Pay Rate: $13.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk responsibilities at a busy retail location.
• Monitor entry activity, verify identification and/or credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery information in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with store leadership and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Support lobby and reception operations by answering phones, providing directions, maintaining logs, and reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities, incident documentation, and routine administrative tasks that help support orderly front desk operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
