Job Description




As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support site personnel during escalated events.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting suspicious activity and/or potential policy violations.
  • Monitor access points and help to verify entry authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site protocols and sensitive area requirements.
  • Complete required reports and documentation related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observed conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
