As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Officer in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions at a utility location.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and support visitor, contractor, and vehicle screening processes in accordance with site policies.
• Support continuity of operations by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, contractors, and/or first responders during routine activities and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
