Qualifications: We are actively hiring talented attorneys for our appellate litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Our ideal candidate has outstanding academic credentials, including strong law school performance and writing experience, as well as relevant prior work experience in appellate litigation. Superior research, analytical, and written advocacy skills are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, the ability to manage complex assignments, and a willingness to participate in all manner of appellate-related matters. A judicial clerkship experience is required, and a clerkship at the federal appellate level is strongly preferred. We welcome candidates who are currently completing a qualifying clerkship, as well as attorneys who previously completed a qualifying clerkship and have since gained relevant appellate experience including senior associates. We currently offer a competitive bonus to those who meet the criteria and have completed a qualifying clerkship.
