Manager Finance

• Manages the financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing, contract review, risk assessment evaluation and other accounting functions for the organization.
• Leads and builds a strong team with the goal of creating value for finance and operational leaders across the organization.
• Reviews the reports that summarize and forecast business activity and the organization's financial position by forecasting and tracking key assumptions.
• Identifies annual target setting and long-range forecasts to ensure the organization is tracking appropriately and financially in budget.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on modeling strategic initiatives and communication with necessary leaders across departments to make decisions and meet organization goals.
• Evaluates current processes and policies, identifies best practices, develops plans to achieve goals, and implements improvements.
• Oversees and evaluates the finance team members and broader department by providing training and guidance on professional development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Required: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

• Required: 5 years

• Required: Department/role specific certification may be required. Required certification programs may include HFMA CHFP, CPA, or other certification programs defined by the department leader.
