Description
The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) LLC, a rapidly growing management consulting firm, is seeking a Case Processing Analyst whose duties will include reviewing incoming applications, assessing employer filing and supporting documentation against applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, conducting integrity reviews (i.e., audits or supervised recruitment), performing employer existence/verification and sponsorship checks, conducting prevailing wage determinations, developing and preparing case file documentation for administrative appeal processes, drafting official correspondence, maintaining administrative case files, and providing recommendations to the certifying officer regarding the merits of the applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Level II Duties:
Case Processing Analyst Level 2 is a journeyman level position able to independently perform all analyst tasks with close supervision from the Analyst Supervisor/Team Lead. This position will assist in processing any visa application or application process where the standard of review or operating procedures are moderately complex (e.g., Analyst Review in PERM) and requires an in-depth knowledge of application of certain aspects of immigration laws, regulations, polices, or program procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills or 7 years of work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills. The salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year.
