NaphCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to maximize the daily operations of our pharmacy, with a strong focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and process improvement to work with us at the Bullock Correctional Facility located in Union Springs, Alabama. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred). The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, and monitoring compliance.



Responsibilities

Operations & Workflow Management:

    Optimize daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.
  • Implement and manage processes to improve workflow efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance accuracy.
  • Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.

  • Work closely with leadership identify and address compliance issues.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Required: 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
  • Preferred: Experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy setting (e.g., long-term care, correctional, mail order).
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
