What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on nursing care and lead a dedicated CNA team Monitor residents' conditions and support individualized care plans Safely manage and administer medications Ensure resident dignity, preferences, and quality of life remain top priorities Collaborate with leadership and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver excellence in care
Scheduling Options:
- Night Shift: 6p-6a
(Every other weekend requirement)
What We're Looking For:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred, but not required Strong communication and leadership skills A compassionate, respectful approach to resident care

Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:
- Responsible for responding immediately to residents' requests.
- Supervise nursing care services and staff on all units while on duty.
- Actively promotes facility safety programs.
- May assume responsibility as the Infection Preventionist Nurse.
- Assume responsibility for nursing services in the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and/or Director of Nursing Services.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Skills/Competencies:

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:
- Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Interest or experience in geriatrics
- Current BLS/CPR
- Experience with dementia population desirable
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
