Housekeeper/EVS

Sierra Vista Hospital is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper/EVS. If you're passionate about working in the behavioral health setting and have the desire to join a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to serving our patients, we want to hear from you!

The Housekeeperis responsible fordaily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHAand Infection Controlregulations.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks ofpatients'rooms, offices and public areas as assigned by supervisor
• Ensure clean and nice appearance offloors,stripping, cleaning, waxing, and general care.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment safely stored when not in use and away from patient access when in use.
• Comply withestablished measures for infection control, OSHA regulations and Safety/Risk Management plans,policiesand procedures.
• Assist in assuring a safe and risk preventive environment.
• Reportany situations that mayaffectthe health and well-being of patients or employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

1-3 years experience

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Additional Requirements:Complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR certification within first 90 days of employment.
