Chatham Financial's Summer Internship Program offers an engaging, hands-on experience for aspiring HR professionals. As a member of Chatham's People team, you'll participate in a comprehensive 10-week program designed to provide exposure to core HR functions while contributing to meaningful, strategic initiatives. In this role, you will support both day-to-day operations and project-based work aligned with the People team's strategic priorities. You'll gain experience across key areas including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, communications, HR technology, and total rewards, while helping drive projects that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do Get involved in a variety of People team projects that support real business and HR priorities Collaborate with team members across the People team to gain broad exposure to HR Help organize and support projects by keeping work on track, communicating updates, and contributing ideas Use data and research to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with programs and initiatives that support employees throughout their time at Chatham Jump in where needed to support the team and gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations What You'll Learn Experience a blend of structured learning and hands-on work throughout the 10-week program, providing a strong foundation in HR and Chatham's business Gain insight into your strengths through mid-summer self-assessments, helping you understand how to apply them beyond the internship Contributors to Success Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Program Details Dates: June 1 - August 7, 2026 Eligibility: Students entering their junior or senior year by Summer 2026 About Chatham Financial: Chatham Financial is the leading independent capital markets advisor, delivering an integrated blend of expert advice and powerful technology to help you reduce risk and seize opportunity.
